AdShot is an AI-powered platform that generates static ad creatives for social media advertising. The Service allows users to upload product images, configure ad parameters, and generate ad creative variations using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Upload images that you do not have the right to use or that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited advertisements
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the images you upload to the Service. The creatives generated by the Service are owned by you. AdShot retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, algorithms, and design.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AdShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
